Whether you've just signed up to your free account and received your free monthly credit or you're a Personified Plus customer, this page is designed to help you get an understanding of credits.
Credits are like a currency at Personified, they are calculated as you use the platform.
1. Words Used
The number of words in your uploaded content and in the number of words used to query and gets responses from your chatbots affects the credits you have and/or will be billed for.
This chart scales linearly.
If you are a plus user, you will be billed monthly based on your usage. As a plus user, your bot will continue working irrespective of whether or not you have the credits available, this is why you may see a negative balance. Your negative balance in credits will be invoiced and charged at the end of the month.
Please Note: To provide accurate and context-aware responses, Personified's AI model utilizes conversation history and embeddings. This means that the true length of the message sent to the AI Bot is larger than the message you may have typed as it will also include previous message/s and the relevant information from your content necessary to answer the question. Generally shorter, more focused conversations will yield lower cost than those that drag out.
Creating additional bots allows you to segment and manage information access as you deploy your Chatbots into the world.
At the end of your billing cycle, your subscription fee amount will increase by €5.00 for each bot that remains active on your account. This amount however will be available to you as credit on your next invoice.
