It's important to note that we do share some of this data with OpenAI, but it is not used to train their models. Instead, it is used solely for the purpose of improving our own chatbots.

When setting up a chatbot with Personified, the entity may choose to upload information to provide knowledge to the chatbot. This information may include, but is not limited to, FAQs, product information, and other relevant data.


It's important to note that this information is used solely for the purpose of providing knowledge to the specific chatbot that it was uploaded for, and is not used in any other bots or for any other purpose.


Personified takes the security and privacy of this information seriously, and implements appropriate security measures to protect it. Access to this information is restricted to authorized personnel only, and all employees are trained in privacy and security best practices.
